In order to provide the opportunity for more qualified students to apply for the scholarship program, HCED would like to announce the opening of the second round of application to the scholarship program (complementary program for 2011) and as follows:

  1. All applicants who applied earlier and were assigned an APID in the first round; can send their missing or updated documents to the following email address (scholarship@hcediraq.org). Please quote your APID and your province in the subject line (filling new application form is not required).
  2.  New applicants can apply based on the mechanism mentioned in the website and according to the same rules and regulations.
  3. Period of applying will be from 15 March 2012 through 19 April 2012.

Notes:

  1. First round nominated applicants will be announced gradually on our website (based on the APID); which needs to be checked regularly. 
  2. Second round applicants will compete with their first round un-nominated counterpart.
