- Review
Eligibility.
- Download the application for
BS/BA,
MS/MA &PhD.
- Fill out the application
completely.
- Send the application to
HCED.
- Obtain confirmation of receipt
from HCED.
- Check the information (for
correctness).
- The results of the competition will
be announced.

Download the application form and complete
it. Upon completion, send your data to HCED by
hitting 'submit' directly on the application. This method uses the
widely compatible Adobe PDF ™ format. If you don't have Adobe Reader,
please download it here. This method also
uses Adobe LifeCycle ™ to help keep your data secure and properly
delivered to our data management services.
